Updated Review - Initial Concerns about durability - fantastic customer service experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Setup: Instructions were relatively straight forward. However, I found the QR code which linked to the video much more helpful. After I had the video, it took about 20-30 minutes to set up.

Ease of use: It was easy to get this tensioned and easily supported several kids. The main line that spans two trees was sturdy, and the use of the ratchet was simple and easy to release the tension for quick take down.

The reason for the (original) three start review is a concern for longevity. After just a week of playing, the stitching on one of the swings had already come undone. I'm gonna have to go through and inspect the stitching on all components for safety now.

UPDATE:
After I posted the initial review, Ed from "life is better outdoors" reached out to me via email within an hour. He was apologetic for the issue and asked for a few photos to better understand the issue. Once I sent him a photo of the issue I had, he quickly got my shipping information and sent me a replacement product and some additional extra's (at no charge) that I could install. He didn't question me as to whether I did anything to cause this, he simply just apologized for my inconvenience and sent me the replacements. I understand that mistakes happen. I'm very pleased with the way their team handled it and would have no issues with ordering from them again. Hence, the upgrade to 4 stars for promptly fixing the issue.

Our family has had hours of fun on this. Easy set up, no need for flat wide open spaces. My 3 kids love to swing and climb. It's the perfect edition to our yard. What's even cooler is that we can take it down and bring it to Grandmas or camp!
